Jennifer was very nice and knowledgeable but the process took about 3 months. I was asked for the same documents numerous times and my follow up emails and phone calls to confirm the documents had been received would go unanswered for days so that made it a little stressful. We have been with PennyMac for 5 years and wanted to continue with PennyMac so we are very happy with the outcome.
The whole process with Pennymac was great. Jamie was awesome to work with and very helpful. We had a surprise pop up on our credit score but Jamie helped walk us through the steps to get this corrected. Great experience overall.

My packet was dropped twice. l also has an issue with a 3rd party that Pennymac couldn’t bypass even with proof of payment, which drawn out the approval process.
