This was a TERRIBLE experience with HORRIBLE customer service. I advised them my property needed special approval for the home owners insurance after i received a request for those documents. For 1.5 months i kept receiving the same email requesting INS documents and Marques and his supervisor did nothing to solve the problem. They never return calls or respond to emails. At one point, we called and left message for 4 days with no answer or call back. They both need more training!!!
It would help out alot if Pennymac returned emails and phone calls to their clients during the process of trying to refinance their existing loans with PennyMac. It was very difficult and time consuming trying to get answers and updates during the time frame.
It was a pleasure working with PennyMac with my refinance. Ari'ele was quite prompt with her responses. Considering our current situation with COVID, I'm thankful to have worked with someone who was patient with my questions and concerns. This is my second time refinancing my home with PennyMac, and I'm satisfied with the outcome for both times. Thank you, Ari'ele.
