Was a clear and easy process
Penny Mac was my current mortgage holder so I went with them since I thought it should be a quick turnaround. They still were careful to study my situation to avoid problematic issues down the road. On line application due to Covid-19 era doesn’t compare to brick and mortar visits which I would rather do.
Pennymac and John and all the ppl Ill never meet really cared for my loan and closing like i was first priority. I was given excellent service and communication like i was a close friend. Thanks for making this experience so smooth and fast!
