Refi loan went smoothly
Seamless no hassle got the job done in a short period of time with a great rate.
I regularly had to track down Ammie for answers to my questions. When I did get answers, the follow up was often very different than Ammie had communicated. Paperwork was submitted and regularly requested a second or third time. Whenever I did get Ammie on the phone, she was short and borderline rude. My initial experience speaking with Affan was wonderful and incredibly helpful. I only wish that level of customer service was carried through once my refinance was moved under Ammie’s management.
