Communication from Erik Bates completely stopped at a point when I still had questions left unanswered. I know he was swamped with other clients, but it was disappointing when he left my final questions hanging. My guess is that I was already far enough along in the process that he felt he didn't need to keep responding to my inquiries. Other than that, both he and Liem Nguyen were knowledgeable and professional. I was please with the timely closing process and the rate I received.
