I know the staff is stretched thin in this environment, but the entire process was really unsatisfactory. From mis-quotes and errors in the initial rate quote through automated emails repeatedly requesting documents already in the system to a closing that was two hours later than scheduled, this was a bad experience from start to finish.

Hermes Mejia was wonderful to work with. While there were some delays in communications, we understand that refinancing has been very busy due to low interest rates and we were patient. He returned a call to us on a Sunday to schedule closing and we truly appreciated it. Would highly recommend!
