I honestly think that my issues only had to due with shortfalls that were no ones fault. They were due to limitations based on the Corona Virus.

Closing was not within timeframe originally communicated. Over 2 months start to finish.
Very good loan rates, process from start to finish was faster than expected, and generally easier than expected as well. Their portal took some getting used to, and further into the process I learned that if I clicked on the highlighted words of the required documents, it would show me what documents I had submitted up to that point. They had the best loan rates and allowed a cash-out closing, where I received some of my equity back as cash. Overall, very happy with the process and results !!
The overall experience far exceeded my expectations. Glenn was courteous and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend for anyone to give him a call. You will not be disappointed!
The whole experience is very good. Anything that wasn't correct was fixed right away. Nicole provided an awesome service, and she was on top of everything.

Macy Brown did a great job keeping me up to date with any update. I really appreciate how professional she is communicating information to me. Really happy with the great experience!
The experience with Yamilia Jaimes was great, but over all the rest was just ok. We did not close as early as we were initially told, we were told there would be no money needed as closing, which was not the case at first, and this created another set back. But Yamilia kept us updated and fixed the errors for us as quickly as she could.
