I was unpleasantly greeted over the phone by some representatives who almost seemed to get annoyed by my wanting to touch basis about my loan. I forgot the name of the young lady who I spoke to, but she was extremely rude and unpleasant to speak to.

The process was quick and easy. The communication was great throughout the process.

At the bare minimum someone to actually answer the phone when you call. I would miss a call & not be able to get through to anyone. If i had a question, I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. Emails would take days to get replied too. I would ask Ariele or Rick ANY question and they would always need to call me back to give me a response. They were always lost. I also had to send the same documents multiple times.My final closing documents had to be edited 3x. It wasa terrible experience.

Jesse Ramon is well deserving of a 10. We was extremely polite, professional, and answered my questions thoroughly. Jesse made the closing process easy. I am greatly appreciative to have had him.

It took almost three months to close my loan. I missed several calls to schedule the closing and when I tried to call back I received a message about high call volume. Jordan was great as was all the people I spoke with. I realize it was a busy time but I still feel 3 months is excessive.
