The people we dealt with were nice and there was LOTS of communication but one hand didn’t know what the other hand was communicating and we received several emails that contradicted what the person we just had a phone conversation said. Also it took 3 months...are you kidding me?! AND we were refinancing with the SAME LENDER. RIDICULOUS. did the same with Chase and it took a week. Never again
This was my second refinance with PennyMac. Both times, everything went smoothly and as expected. I would recommend PennyMac to anyone looking for a home loan.

To long of process when we already had mortgage with Penny mac. The request for documents was duplicated.

Better communication with the loan officer. Penn Mac is a great company. I would do business again and refer to friends. Marquez Lusk is the best ever. He provided exceptional customer service with timely feedback with an attention to detail.
