The entire team kept us informed every step of the way. All our questions were answered in a timely manner. We had a glitch during closing and Jericha took care of it in a matter of minutes. I would definitely use PennyMac again.

It was hard to get in touch with anyone most times, and felt like a big game of phone tag. Also, the underwriting team kept asking for documents that had already been addressed, as if they were just checking boxes instead of actually going through our documents. In the end, we did finally secure the loan and our dream house, so we're grateful, but it was a huge headache to get to that point.

My experience with guys it was not that great as i expected. One of the things that it got me mad, it was the time when your people requested the bank statements. I t was sent to you and you ask me again. When I say they were sent, instead admitting your mistake saying: I am sorry I just did not read the mail, one of you said, "it was a confusion. All you had to do is: admitting your mistakes:

I refinanced my home loan with pennymac. The complete process was done by phone and emails with the exception of signing the finial loan documents. They made an appointment to come to a location and time of my choosing (my house). The rep was on time and was wearing a mask and was very professorial. The finial signing was finished in about 45 minutes . From start to finish this was a no headache experience. if I buy a new house this is the first company I will call !!

Overall process was seem less but closing docs caused issue due to incorrect dollar amount of required cash to close didn’t match closing disclosure I signed a week prior. Other than that no complaints

Deion did a great job. We had a couple of hiccups along the way, but the issues were cleared up quickly. His records indicated we were in a flood zone which was not true. Also, we were in two different locations when it came to signing the paperwork. My husband was at home in MN and I was in PA. There was a mix-up in PA where exactly the paperwork was to be signed by me. It all worked out fine - I signed on a bench in a campground in Avalon, NJ under the sunshine!!
