My overall experience was great. The process was explained clearly. Documents that were requested, once I was able to talk to my "MAC" team, they took care of what was requested. My closing went smoothly and my team went out of their way to make it happen. Much appreciated, thank you!
The loan process team answer all the questions I needed
With rates so low the husband and I felt it was a good time to refinance so I made a call to PennyMac from start to finish it was very smooth and fast. I had 1 request for document DD214 which was a army discharge form and the notary CAME to our home to complete the final step of the loan. I’ve never experienced such a SMOOTH process! I was very pleased with the overall process. I thought it would be difficult and long but, it wasn't. Each time I talked with Aimee Mack and Tony Tsiligian they were professional and very helpful.

Overall, the correspondence with the loan processor lacked some details that would have prevented additional emails to clarify. Other than that, our processor was friendly and helpful. It would be better to have the loan officer to oversee the process vs. getting the loan started, then passing the customer on to an 800 number and loan processor only.
My refinance went great. Worked with a great team and I say it was a breeze. Thank you penny mac!
