The beginning of the process has a lot of customer service and goes well. Once the process was started and I was locked in the Great customer service turned into telling me just enough to say there was communication. I was also not told I would need a witness at the mobile signing. Luckily the attorney told me when he called the evening before signing so I had to scramble to find someone.

I couldn't be happier with our experience with Anna Eng and Corey Halterman. My last loan with Pennymac involved more people. Which caused more duplicating. I love the new process with only 2 people,which I can't say enough about Anna Eng and Corey Haltermans customer service. The only disappointment I experienced,is that my spouse was not included in the deed. So we will have to add at our county clerk office which will cost us an additional 150.00. Jim and Toni Bigger
YOUR CLOSING TEAM NEEDS MORE TRAINING AND HAVE ACCURATE ANSWERS. LEARN TO LISTEN TO YOUR BORROWERS. Mr. Nick Bonifacio provided EXCELLENT SERVICES. He was very attentive and EVERYTHING he explained was very accurate and smooth process. However, when we got to the closing process was horrible. Ms. Hilda was very nice however I think she was overwhelmed with too many loans and need better training and assistance. Hope that another borrower don't experience this type of service.
