Every single person in the process was great, took the time to completely explain every step of the way. The final step a person (Tiffany) came to my home with a pile of documents, and took her time to carefully explain every step of the way. This has been the most difficult loan I have ever applied for. Total lack of communication. Total inability to contact anyone by phone. Mistakes on paperwork. Mistakes on when and where to set up closing. Delays all along the way. Six days after funding and my mortgage has still not been paid.
