It's a long process (May6- July 14), but understandable as Pennymac is a huge company, anyway with these long journey, I was guided by Brian and provided me a weekly call to update me with what's happening with my loan. He patiently answered my never ending questions whether via email or call. Brian is a great great help! Thank u Brian and Pennymac!

One of the documents stated that I was paying $15 for HOA. There's no HOA here. My final payment was off by $15.
Everything was good. Just things came up during the process that should of been found during the pre screen and when credit was pulled so that way it wasn’t a shock. Felt like the entire loan process was dragged out when it could of been closed on several weeks sooner. Everything worked out and the loan closed but I feel it could of been less stressful during the process if some things were handled better. Thank you for everything and all is good now.

I was never assigned a loan process specialist in the beginning. I constantly had to call in to get the information I needed, and updates on my refinance. I’m Happy with my loan officer and my refinance rate. Other than that, I wouldn’t say it was a very smooth process as it should have been.
