The loan officer, Michael Ammari, was very good. He helped get me into the refi, and even went the extra mile to waive the inspection. He was awesome. Molly was good, I had time zone issues with her (we would miss eachother when calling back and forth). But, when the call went through to the rest of the loan processing team, they were most always able to help me. Overall, the process was pretty smooth and it resulted in closed loan nominally on time, so I think that's Great!

Mr. Mitchell was great to work with. He was always very responsive and always made sure everything was clear and what was needed. He was sure to touch base every week with updates and was quick to notify if anything else was needed. He was very easy to work with. Wish there were more people in the world like Mr. Mitchell. More ownership, better communication, documents should be made aware more the 1-2 days before closing
I had a great experience refinancing my mortgage. It is true it was not within the expected timeframe but it was the title company’s fault I believe. I am happy with the process and the way I was assisted and all my questions were answered as well.
