Good work
Only hiccup I seen was the closing department did not send the closing documents to the title company. That delayed the process by a week. The closing department also didn't communicate that back to Belinda.

Process was way longer than originally promised. Confusion over appraisal, closing docs and money back from escrow.

Great service and clear communication
When you call them and let a message to call me back because probably you have a question, I don't received that call back. Then I call again. Also nobody discusses the final numbers before I closing. Luckily I work in mortgage before and I know how to read a settlement and truth in lending and understand the process.
The constant communication was excellent.
