The people at Penny Mac were always nice, helpful and friendly.
Email communications concerning a home loan that is being processed is not the most efficient way. A phone call after an email is sent is what I think should be done.
Everything was done professionally, on time, and throughout the process, the team was very responsive. Well done.
If the person the loan process was assigned to contacted me once in 6 weeks that would have been an improvement. They had the wrong number and was leaving messages on that wrong number. They never emailed or checked the other number. Also I asked for more information and they said they would get into contact with the person who could give me the information and they would contact me. Which never happened. Also the closing costs were double what was orginally discussed.
