Only communication was through email and when I had questions I was unable to contact them. I would have to contact the loan originator just to have questions answered as he was the only one that gave me a direct email .
There was no doubt that PenneyMac has the best offers out their because I had shop around however could not find a better deal however in my opinion the communication could of had been better under NORMAL circumstances PENNYMAC is an A+ I do understand just about everyone that can is going thru a refinance and taking opportunity of Great Rates and I am very please with your OUTSTANDING SERVICE I REALLY THANK YOU ALL for helping My wife and I in obtaining the refi
My m.a.c. Team was true to the form. From my initial call to the end. They made my refinance smooth as they said. Gave me updates and where I stood on my approval. Informed me whether or not additional information was needed. All I had to do was wait a couple of days to make sure I did not change my mind. This refinance is much needed since prices as gone up on other things. Thank you all for a job well done. Lisa B.

When I did have questions needing attention having to calling in with main number and no extension made the process awkward. Having to explain to someone and then not getting a return call for several days is frustrating
