The service was great and our mortgage was processed quickly! Weekly calls to let us know status was also helpful. The only issue was that we didn't know ahead of time that we needed to provide copies of utility bills at the closing. With everything digital these days it was harder than you would think.
My refinance process was smooth and timely
It was quick and easy
Such an easy and great experience. I expressed my wants and desires and was giving options that responded. I got a weekly phone call giving me an update. Refinancing was so much easier than I thought it would be. Thank you!
Overall the process was great. A few hiccups, but were resolved quickly. Penny Mac exceeded my expectations
Everyone was professional throughout this whole process
Bad communication Throughout the loan. By down on ending loan was not communicated. Information on ending loan was not accurate. Began with a different loan officer and transferred to another. Loan officer was not professional. Had to ask for the manager to continue loan. Do not recommend !
The team is very go helping get throgh thing and paperwork.
