Only communication was through email and when I had questions I was unable to contact them. I would have to contact the loan originator just to have questions answered as he was the only one that gave me a direct email .

My m.a.c. Team was true to the form. From my initial call to the end. They made my refinance smooth as they said. Gave me updates and where I stood on my approval. Informed me whether or not additional information was needed. All I had to do was wait a couple of days to make sure I did not change my mind. This refinance is much needed since prices as gone up on other things. Thank you all for a job well done. Lisa B.

The process took a lot longer than expected. There should be direct lines to loan officer instead of having to go through different people

This was one of the quickest and easiest ventures that my wife and I have taken!! Everything was spelled out to us in a 1,2,3 manner. When questions needed to be answered they were in a timely manner. No surprises!!!!! Thank you all, on my m.a.c. team !!!!!!!!

The process was easy. There were not multiple emails requesting different documents. All the requests were handled with one or two emails, which was nice.
