During this very busy time of many refinancing, PennyMac did a great job in moving this process forward for us. We recommend them to anyone needing home financing.
Service was amazing. I received weekly emails about the loan process and always received prompt responses to any questions.
Process seemed to go pretty smooth and received updated on progress at the end of each week.
Brent was FANTASTIC. I felt like he was "on it" and he was very clear in telling me what to expect. I thought the experience was so good that I asked for him to be the loan officer for my rental home refi.

The entire process was pretty easy. My only problem was not have a DIRECT number to get in touch with Camorrah Washington. Other than that, I had a great experience. Camorrah is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Also, the interest rate I received was UNBEATABLE! Thanks PennyMac!
Mariely Delgado was excellent in all regards, as were several other PennyMac staff who we interacted with during our re-fi process. Having said that, there were a couple of staff who were poorly trained and otherwise lazy staff (providing me with inaccurate information and requesting documents be uploaded that already were in the PennyMac system) that added lots of stress to what should have been a seamless process.
Never got call backs on the same day sometimes for a week. My monthly payments are higher still than the disclosures indicated. Still trying to communicate and not getting call backs. Very stressfull with closing dates pushed back. I still donthave answers!
Thank you for giving us a good rate with our refinance. Brock did such a great job communicating with us, he made sure all our questions was answered and he actually took the time to do his research and provides us the answers that we needed to know.
