Pia and Beth were both great to work with and were very helpful. The problem seemed to be where there were hand-offs, both internally and between PennyMac and the title company. Missing documents that had already been sent, etc. This caused me a ton of extra stress and made the processes very frustrating at the end.
Very helpful throughout the entire process. Provided detailed answers to all my questions.
