Very smooth process. Everything went great!
I suppose COVID-19 was the hold up, however it took 3 months, and I had friends start and close during my wait with Pennymac processing.

Very smooth and easy process to complete my refinance with Penny Mac. Mariely was very responsive and great to work with.
Your company representatives need to communicate moreso. Blen was okay. I mean the others.
This process was one of the worst I’ve experienced. There were times when I received no reply to questions or was told that my closing was 5 different dates. Eventually I was handed to 3 different people and the closing paperwork was inaccurate at least 3 times. The lack of communication over the course of a whole month was ridiculous and had I not been in the process for so long all ready I would have went with another lender.
I was told of a closing date but a week past that date I had to call Jason Staples to schedule another date. They skipped my closing and he did not know why.
I received 3 requests for the same complex info. The whole process took too long. However it was finally completed to my satisfaction.
