The process started out very good. Randall was wonderful he was very attentive. He explained every step as it took place. He returned all phone calls within a timely manner. The next step was not so good. Anne never followed up with my calls nor emails. My realtor/ closing agent tried several times to contact her however after a few attempts she replied to a few emails 2 days later. She requested documents that was already sent and verified from her. I believe her case load was a bit much.

Communication was great early in the process but was very poor as we moved towards closing. the last couple of weeks I sent numerous emails and received little or no response. 7 days before closing I was told he'd call be back a couple of days before the closing date to let me know if I needed a bank check for the closing funds. I never heard from him.
There seemed to be a total disconnect of information within the company, I believe that this was caused by working from home because of the pandemic we are in, Jordan did a good job trying to get things done but there are definitely issues with the system. I was called because my payment was late because of the disconnect and late closing.

There were questions regarding flood insurance that were never answered until the loan was done. I had questions regarding my bi-weekly payments but was not given the chance to clarify that.
