I was told we can close as soon as July 31s but we closed way sooner like July 10th really good thanks again

I do understand that this was most likely because of everyone being at home and communication systems breaking down, but it took 3 attempts at signing closing documents because it was wrong in different ways every time. Eventually, 3 months later we got it done. I'm happy now :) I tried to say everything that happened, but they only allowed 500 characters. All in all Pennymac is a great mortgage co. I would recommend and use them again.

Pennymac made the loan process very easy and fast. I always had an idea what was going on at that moment and they were very quick to answer any questions I had.

Penny Mac has been our mortgage lender for over 7 years and has provided my wife and I with excellent service. That is why we were so happy to learn that Penny Mac was willing to not only refinance our loan at a lower rate but give us a better offer than their competitors. Better communication, knowing what was needed ahead of time instead of last minute, and not having to resend documents multiple times because Vonnye couldn't keep track of them. We would ask questions about what we needed, and she would tell one thing and then we would find out later that we really needed to have that document. It would have been much easier to have been told to have everything ahead of time. Even our realtor had problems with not getting any communication back from Vonnye.

Everything was simple from start to finish. Any questions I had were answered and I was not made to feel stupid for asking them. It went great!

Toward the end of closing I believe we were loosing communication with each other and it could possibly have been me being nervous but I would ask a question and call and still wouldn’t get a redoing for days . An the process was started about the beginning of April so 3 months . Most of this could also be due to everyone teleworking BUT I am not upset and know this process is new to everyone and would still recommend PennyMac to any of my friends

This is our third, and most likely last, mortgage with PennyMac. We had a 50 day escrow that took until the very last second to be completed. Our escrow closed a day late. We were asked repeatedly for documents that had been sent weeks prior. We had to call every single day with only occasion return calls. It was extremely stressful at the end due to the fact that the documents were received so last minute. The title company received documents the morning of closure and had to rush for signing.
