Working with John Buchanan, and PennyMac team was a wonderful experience. I was able to upload documents required during the evening time when it was most convenient for me. John and his team were very communicative, professional And prompt. They were always accessible if you had any questions either by email or phone. It was a wonderful experience to purchase my new house to PennyMac.

Belinda, did a great job of communicating and checking in. When I got stressed out she helped me calm down. She reassured me that it was all going to be okay.
