Other than the Title Company used I feel Penny Mac did a great job with my loan.
It went great ,better than I expected. Never had to Leave the house
Ms Lopez was excellent!!!! She communicated with me through the whole process and got me to closing on time. She was having trouble getting one document which could have pushed me back 3 days, we were able to get it and she worked and pushed my packet through to ensure I closed on time. She is amazing to work with. Thank you Ms Lopez for everything.

I was not happy with the length of time my loan took to be completed. No one should have to wait 3 months. It ruined my summer and I had to find a new more expensive contractor to do my home improvements.
Things went very smoothly with good communication. We closed almost a month earlier than expected, which was wonderful.

Covid-19 presented difficulties that normally wouldn't be there, but otherwise I thought it was a very good experience.
