Other than the Title Company used I feel Penny Mac did a great job with my loan.
Five stars all around. Never had such a good and easy experience when it comes financing or refinancing a home mortgage. Would not hesitate to recommend Sarah and Penny Mac Loan Services.

I had to reschedule my closing because no one updated the closing doc with my new insurance info, my insurance agent furnished the requested papers on 6/25 to Paulette and cced me, closing was supposed to be on 6/29, that didn't happen, sup called and said it would be fixed and closing was rescheduled to 7/8, 2 days before paperwork was still wrong, I was being charged a VA funding fee (& shouldn't have) and insurance was still not updated. If I wouldn't have called it would have never happened!
