Linda did a great job of guiding us through the refinance process.
Just had a few problems with paperwork not being incorporated into my doc's in a timely fashion.
Our refinance process went so smoothly. We especially loved that the notary came to our house and we could sign the documents at home. No stress all around!

I am a stable customer with high credit. From start to finish this refi process was awful. The communication was so poor and it often took a week or two just to get a reply. The loan docs were incorrect more than once, and the entire process, due to delay in communication and inaccurate docs, took more than 3 months. This was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had, and would not ever recommend Pennymac. I'm not sure how Pennymac is still in business with service like I had.
PennyMac was incredible in helping me refinance my home! They were very prompt in getting back to me and gave me great information!
