Terrible communication, inaccurate information, no call backs when requested, the notary that came to our house did not know much and fumbled over his words
Very pleased with the process.
To much confusion between groups. Still getting calls to initiate the loan.
The process was quick and seamless and the loan team was able to assist in a timely fashion, even the COVID global pandemic affecting normal operations.
Fast and reliable service from beginning until the end.
The only negative to the whole process was that I was not informed how long it would take before the loan cleared, and when I would be able to access the account. I still do not know when I will be able to access the account, so that I can set up automatic payments!
