Everything was smooth and communication was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for it to go better.
Given that we are in the middle of a global pandemic, I was very satisfied with the electronic documents and availability of Pennymac staff via email, phone, and in person during final signing.
I had to restart the whole process because the first loan went into the ether. No one would return my phone calls. Poor job, no follow up.
