Molly was really good. She had a couple of things come up (like changing the loan amount before signing) and then another challenge with getting final papers signed and she (and I know she was VERY busy) got back with me as soon as possible, and made sure the process moved on easily. She was very good to work with which made this process much easier.

Communication process seemed a little cumbersome. Either I didn’t fully understand the website or it was explained. Title company didn’t get my wife on the paperwork delaying the closing.
