The main person I was working with ended up getting sick so that delayed the communication process a little. We were also not told that we needed a certain document from my previous sale until we were sitting at the title company trying to sign the loan
Our loan officer Tony was great from the beginning in setting the tone. He set clear expectations from the get go and was great to work with as we switched mortgage providers in the middle of our closing date. From there, Kristen really stepped up to the plate and made the experience a home run. She worked outside hours and communicated across the business to get the job done. The communication was great every step of the way. Thank you all for the great service and making this home a reality.

Lack of communication from loan processing agent
Overall experience was good. We were kept up to date on where we were in the process. Sometimes document were requested more than once.
Great customer service. Weekly status updates and requests. Overall a great experience. Darrien and Gary were very helpful, friendly and great to work with.
Four stars for the service we received from our loan officer who true to his word we were able to remain in contact from beginning to end. There were a couple of hic ups with our closing documents but all was resolved and we were able to close without delays.
Made the process painless
Every individual I’ve contracted throughout the refinancing process was very helpful, they took extra time to explain things if I had any questions or concerns. Prior to refinancing I had payment questions and the individuals at customer support were amazing at walking me through setting up my account online and through the app.
