Confusing. Delays In responses. For some reason I was charged over $3,000 (Debit from my checking account) with no explanation. I’ve written twice with no response. Will file a complaint w BBB if I’m not responded to by mid next week.

Overall, I felt the process went fine. In the beginning, working with Mr. Duran went smooth. He explained the process of teams and that as the loan progressed, I would be handed off to another team. At the end, I worked with Ms. Olsen who happened to have a vacation during my closing week. Not her fault. I had questions about the differences of balance between my current loan, closing costs, and cash to close that never got answered.

Communication was weak. It took forever for a refinance. Rate was ok but they could have been lower with our good credit. Our closing documents were not what we expected. Our $ back was almost $ 300.00 lower than our paperwork indicated. The notary was the only reason we signed the documents. She explained things and we are still saving money. We will not recommend your services.

To long of a process and not pleased with how the signing goes. Needs to be a person who can answer question during the signing. Just did not like how things went.
