Elizabeth could not be reached by phone or email for several days at a time which led to my closing date being delayed. I was given deadlines and had to follow them strictly or threatened with the loan not going through it’s processes in the appropriate amount to time to close when anticipated. Elizabeth did not have to follow these same guidelines and made it clear this loan was not important to her.
