Due to your commitment to privacy, and using the private server for communications. It required a use of a home computer which became cumbersome, when I was at work and needing to respond quickly and couldn’t. Also the User Portal is not the most user friendly. Our first application was Denied due to incomplete Credit Application, but all communications up to that point we were told we had everything up to date. We were at a loss for words.
Not sure if it's Covid, but initial correspondence with Patrick was great, exciting even because of rates a speed expected to close. Documents were requested from a variety of agents. This was confusing we lost the ability of knowing who the "point" person was that we were to communicate with. Especially when we got little response back. Finally Ariel became the person that answered most of our questions. Closing amounts incorrect, made 2 trips for closing checks. Closing agent was fantastic.

It started great for the 1st two weeks and then the communication went "missing in action". As a current customer I felt neglected in the middle of this refinancing. It was difficult to find a live voice and I was being told I needed to submit trivial pieces of information or confirm something I already submited. In the last week the communication improved drastically and I felt valued again with quick returned phone calls.
Very friendly, prompt with returning calls, made everything easy to understand, it was overall a very smooth and great experience!

I experienced several "miscommunications". The loan officer didn't understand VA funding fees/pending disability claims and provided incorrect information. At closing, David said to sign the docs stating it was an investment property when it wasn't. Another notary had to come and have me re-sign everything. Craig promised a $250 credit for the inconvenience, and it was never applied. I've been waiting over 7 days for him to return my call to discuss... BAD COMMS/WRONG INFO WITH ALL EMPLOYEES!
