Every thing went great, fast and ez
The experience with PennyMac was quick and easy. I loved that we did it all over the phone . After an initial two hour exchange of info and questions, I was told the process would take about 6 weeks. During that 6 week period, they kept me informed via email with progress. I was asked for one document to be added and uploaded during this time- which was easy to . Then once the loan was approved, they called me to schedule a closing and for the notary to come to my home home. That was it!
Great help and support through out the journey. Brent is very knowledgeable and was able to respond and resolve all my queries.
