It was so hard to get a hold of Mr. Winkler, or Mr. Jerod. They did not follow up on their calls as promised. On closing day the documents were no ready as scheduled. We had to reschedule the closing for another time and I was not able to get any assistance from the Loan Processing department. Every direct number that I was provided with went straight to voice mail. Over all my experience was not the best.

Michael Peterson and the Penny Mac team handled the loan process extremely poorly. I worked in the property management unit of Los Angeles County for the PA’s office and if I had handled clients like this I would have been written up and possibly demoted. My real estate agent and insurance agent happen to be very close friends and they sent inquiries to Michael and his team numerous times with no response. After our business was secured and the sale was made the Penny Mac team was disappointing.
It was a very smooth process from start to finish. Everyone was very helpful!

Drew took his time and explain the entire process to me up front as the process proceeded he kept in touch everything went quite well I was very pleased with his professionalism
Loan was finalized 3 wks earlier than expected.
The whole process was efficient and clear. I was not inundated with calls and emails. They were quick to answer any of my questions. The notary they sent was on time and great to work with. Everything went as expected and on time.
