My refinance process with PennyMac was very easy and efficient. I had no issues, stress, headaches or confusion during my refinance. The communication were very vivid and I would definitely recommend PennyMac a million times to my family and friends. Thanks My PennyMac team you guys were awesome.

I was set to close on June 24th. That closing was cancelled. I was not informed about the cancellation by penny mac. I was informed through a third party notary service. I called and called for two days after that only to be informed on the third day that something had been wrong with the principal interest. I did in fact close on the refinance on June 29th. Today is July 6th. I still have not received the funds wired to my account. Even though I was told it would be wired in 3 days. poor commun

Lowering the over all cost of refinancing. Also no one asked me If I wanted to put more money down to lower my payments. But I should have asked myself. I wanted to put 100K down to lower payments. But over all it was fine.

THe reliability from the loan officer to the underwriter. Chris Cruz and Robert Wrinkler was able to assist us with every step of the way. Even though Chris was on leave, he reach out to us even though he didnt have to and kept us in his mind with all that is going on and was really professional with his knowledge, guidance and assistance as well as Robert. Max customer service. Max professionalism. Chris was able to put himself in our shoes and work along side of us every time.

The offer I was made seemed to indicate that I would have all costs covered by the lender credit. In fact, I ended up writing a check, albeit a small one. Just do the deal you make.

1. Timely and accurate responses to my questions. 2. Speaking to representatives would were able to answer my concerns. 3. Speaking to the same representative/𝐿𝑜𝑎𝑛 officer for the duration of my loan process. 4. Clear Information on documents, not being told information verbally and seeing it differently on paper.
