When we first started the process the person we were originally talking with quotes us a rate. Then, that person was never able to be reached again. Of course that is not the rate we got in the end when we had to talk to someone else. Then, the person that came to our house for us to sign all the documents was aver an hour late and rude. He forgot to have us sign one paper and had to come back again the next day. Again, he was late!!
everything went without any trouble. the lady Margie, (?) from title company was also great.
It was a pleasure working with Anna, she one of the best loan officers out there and would definitely go threw her again
For One Thing Iam Penny Mac Customer It Should Of Went Easy, But I Got Put On The Back Burner For Some Reason. For Just Refinace Loan For Lower Interest Closing Cost Way To High, Be Carefull Ask About Closing Cost.Penny Mac Needs Lower Those Closing Cost For Existing Customers.
