I must say that the entire loan process was easy. It started with the push of a button on my ipad and shortly thereafter PennyMac contacted me and the process begin. Each person that I had interactions with were very helpful and patient with me throughout the entire process. They made sure that I was constantly informed and briefed on each step. If something was needed from me, the request fully Explained in a very simple manner.
We were refinancing. My husband had gotten the information from an insurance company that would lower our premium. We were told by Pennymac (Doug) that someone would call us to get the information. No one ever called. My husband called Pennymac. I called and emailed Pennymac. I understand people are working from home due to the coronavirus but no one contacted us to change the insurance policy. Now we have closed escrow and stuck with the same insurance company. Other than that everything ok

I was very concerned with the service I received from Marcus Lusk. He never returned calls or got back to me with any information I requested . I often had to reach out to my loan officer Nikki Sullivan ( who was absolutely great) to get answers and responses. I asked him for a direct number to reach him atthe office - he gave me one that did not work Overall not a great experience - with notable exceptions like Nikki and the woman who set up my closing
Kali was an excellent home loan specialist for refinancing my 2 loans. Always available for an update and very professional.
Both David and Jacob did a fantastic job with my refinance. Made for the smoothest transaction I can ever remember doing. Went through all my options, helped choose the best one and closed in such a short time.
