Elizabeth Bewen the loan processor and Dominic Cifarelli the loan officer are the only reason I didn’t give up with the loan process. They worked so hard to make sure it closed on time. They are amazing at their job. However, the rest of the Mac team stressed me out. Different people would call me asking for documents to be uploaded, not even taking the time to look in the uploaded documents to realize that the stuff was already sent. It was a very frustrating and stressful experience.
I enjoy the fact i wont be constantly sold around to other companies.

Julian answered my questions and walked me through some quest;ions I had. He made corrections to the loan documents as necessary. Others unknown had requested items that were already on file, so when I had tried to upload them again, I couldn't -- they were already there. too many people involved. lack of inportant communication. case at hand... asked what needed to be done so penny would not take a mortage payment in july. well, you did and thats bullshit and lack of communication on your part. how do you take out a mortage payment out on mortage the does not exist I expect that mones returned pronto including my escrow. you took money that was not yours to take. kind of like theft. big boys like penny should never make that error.
1. Timely and accurate responses to my questions. 2. Speaking to representatives would were able to answer my concerns. 3. Speaking to the same representative/𝐿𝑜𝑎𝑛 officer for the duration of my loan process. 4. Clear Information on documents, not being told information verbally and seeing it differently on paper.
getting hold of anyone for info via phone was near impossible. example was trying to get info for setting up auto payment thru checking. was given numbers to call , no luck, told you all would call with info, "still waiting" ! told info would be in documents to be sent to us including account number.
