My experience with the loan process went smoothly. All my question were addressed in a timely fashion. I was able to complete all the steps necessary with ease. I was so please with Pennymac I told one of my coworkers . He was able to refinance his home through Pennymac too. Great job thanks to the good folks at Pennymac.

When I first started this process, I talked to the initial screener. After expressing my needs and expectations, he provided some alternative methods which turned out much better than my initial expectation. Everything went very smoothly, including navigating into and out of the website to pass documents. Over all, we actually closed 15 days ahead of initial schedule. Than you, GW in Florida

Communication was awful. Emails and voicemails received no replies, or were replied to much later. Title company and realtor had issues communicating with PennyMac as well. The entire experience was a hassle, and hardly worth it. Expected more since I have been with PennyMac for years prior on my last home.
