Totally unprofessional. I felt targeted and not valued as a customer. Original loan officer Albert never followed up with questions I had about the pay off. My closing was postponed for duplicate document request. My original closing was canceled without my knowledge. Closer was a no-show. I sat home waiting with no follow up from Norma. 2nd closing the closer was given the wrong date. I really began to question if this company was reputable of if they wanted this loan.
The process was quick, efficient and well communicated. Would definitely use again.

My loan agent was not accurate in amount of money needed at closing. It was supposed to be zero dollars but turned out to be 2500 for the refi. I requested to close the application and have my appraisal transferred to another company. This seemed to never get a response from anyone. After about 5 weeks, a VP called and asked about what was going on. He then made the needed adjustments to keep my business at Penny Mac. I am grateful for him, but I was on my way out to another lender.
Penny Mac loan services team was excellent with communication, customer service and timing would highly recommend Penny Mac to anybody!
