Great experience working with the m.a.c Team.
My loan experience (4 refinancings) was driven by two individuals: Charles Shepherd and Cheree Payton. Both provided excellent service throughout. not only did they explain things when I needed clarification, they were very helpful in guiding me through the process. Cheree had a very difficult final 48 hours because the title company changed the disbursement date, which then affected all of the calculations of what was owed at closing. She worked hard to ensure everything was clear and fair.
It was great service and smooth process
Following up wasn't good enough. Names were misspelled on the closing documents
