Great service, closed within three weeks of the application! Exceeded my expectations!
We weren't advised of our closing date until i sent an email requesting it. We were sent emails requesting bank statements for the current month, and we were told one amount we would be paying at closing during the initial application, then a week or so before closing we received a phone call and that person said we would be receiving money back, and then when the person who did our closing arrived at our home, she told us we needed to give her a check for $2.10! Then we received a check for $2.
no communication! I had to call daily to get the process moving forward and had to enlist the help of a manager. Never heard from Jacob Rogers.
The loan went through in a timely manner. There was plenty of communication to get the loan completed.

There were to many people emailing and communicating with me. Received an update through email only once but received an email stating I would get an update throughout the process. Also, I had to provide a few documents more than once.
The team was responsive, answered all questions in a timely manner and made the refinance an easy process.
