Linda provided stellar service by consistently making contact with me to update me on the loan processing status, answer any questions that I had and just to remind me that she was nearby if anything came up that I needed answers for. Linda is my goto person at PM for anything in the future. Loved getting her calls and making her laugh or her making me laugh during the call. Just an absolute great asset, give her a raise!!!

No one on your team could or would accurately describe the closing costs or their nature, yet established a closing date after repeated requests. Due to the Covid -19 situation we were forced to adhere to this process, however will speak to numerous organizations in the future about your unjust handling of this process. Clearly an organization not catered towards their custoners.
