Documents were requested without explanation then cancelled after I spent days trying to locate from third parties. Email communication was terrible. Only responses I received were in the evening, hastily written, unclear, and repetitive. The timeline for processing my application did not meet expectations. I was left waiting with only vague automated emails for nearly 90 days.
5 stars! Whole process was extremely easy to complete & I was kept well informed of each step along the way. Kudos to Elizabeth & everyone involved!

Each step was clearly communicated and explained; whenever questions arose, they were answered quickly and accurately and in such a way as clearly understood by those listening and ourselves that we knew that they understood. The overall experience was very gratifying in every way.

SHE SHOULD BE FIRED Cammorah Washington repeatedly and purposefully never replied to emails from us. Lied to our Realtor and tried to kill the deal by saying we had a bankruptcy, which we don't and NEVER have had. Our realtor had to go above her head an Get Craig Wood Mgr, Retail Operations involved. Craig had to work overnight to get our deal done.... HE did Cammorah's job for her and now she wants a review? SHE SHOULD BE FIRED

On a Tuesday, Aida reached out to schedule closing; i told her i didn't know where i would be, so i would have to tell her on Friday. She called and emailed each day for the next 3 days, and i told her each time i didn't know where I would be located until friday. She then proceeded to close my loan on that Friday; RIDICULOUS!!!! Either she is incompetent, or your processes need to be changed/updated!!!
