Working with Erik Bates was terrific. But once the process was turned over to My MAC Team, the frustration level increased and the communication decreased. I received 4 separate "Payoff Demand Statements" from PennyMac. No one ever told me why I received those or what they were for or why I had to get 4 of them. Also, it took multiple calls to schedule my closing and after all that, the attorney arrived 1.5 hours late. Not fun. Would not recommend.

I had never refinanced before so I was a little leery. But everything went smoothly even sending documents which I thought would be hard but turn out to be ok sending them though the computer. But overall everything went very well she answer all my questions every time I called her. So that made it a Great experience.
