fast and easy, very accurate, everything went smoothly.
The process took a few weeks longer than expected. There were errors in our loan estimate that took a lot of time to clarify/correct. But it ultimately got done and we had a good rate.
Yesta spent time trying to find answers to our concerns and helped us understand what we needed to do to be ready for closing.
My Penny Mac team agent was wonderful and took exceptional care of me through the entire process.
Communication was horrible through out. Some folks helped out but there were so many hurdles and mess ups and delays.
Service was excellent and responsive. All aspects of the process was handled quickly without difficulty I couldn't find anything that was wrong
Everything went very smooth with my refi the only issue we had was in previewing the closing documents prior to closing.
Answer my emails.. Never got a answer about paying my July payment. I take it that it does not need to be paid.
