Pennymac was great! Not only did they get me a better interest rates refinancing but also fixed some things in the original loan which was causing payments to increasingly go up. They have a great team.

This is my first experience of refinancing my home online. Being a senior citizen, I am accustomed to face-to-face communication. My phone call to Loan Officer Albert Tigranyan was quickly handled, from Loan Application, all documents required, all explanations were complete and accurate. The m.a.c. team set-up was easy and efficient. Loan Specialist Andrew Schmelig touched base, and gave a detailed explanation of all forthcoming processes up to closing. Three (3) weeks to close.
