Service met my expectations as did the outcome of lower interest rate and monthly payments.
I appreciated the professional manner that the whole process was taken care of.
Nathan Hoffman as a loan processor did an excellent job. There was a small hiccup in communication but everything went smooth. I do not feel the original loan officer was completely upfront between phone communication and what was sent to me via email. Despite the covid-19 epidemic things didn't go smoothly. I was able to lock-in and receive an excellent interest rate. If I had to pick one thing that I would like to see improved is better access 2 the individuals that directly handle my loan.
Clear communication and quick friendly service. Great rate.
Keep up with the documents that were provided and dont ask for it more than once. Also keep up with your promises on closing on time as it cost us a lot of stress and money. Hope better communication Internally within your organization.
