This was the worst loan experience we have ever had. We were unable to reach our Rep EVERY timec called and we did not receive calls back most times or even emails most of the times we had questions. Requests for documents were not clear so we kept sending the same documents not understanding why they kept being requested. It was all very unpleasant.

Being an existing customer, I didn’t expect the closing to take over 2 months. I had to provide repeat documents due to the time it took.

We were able to close on the home which was the ultimate goal. There were some delays however when it came to closing. The original closing date was June 2nd 2020 and closing happened on June 19th 2020. The delay was caused by issues on the termite report. Being a VA loan, I am sure the delays were caused on the VA's end. The Covid situation probably did not help either. I feel like Kristen did what she could to still make everything happen. We closed eventually so all is good.

What paperwork that was needed was not told to us untill it was late. We missed the closing date twice. Our loan officer got sick and bo o e pushed our paperwork forward with out the realtor or me calling to ask a out. O ce the supervisor stepped in it moved forward
