This company needs to work on communication! Our closing date was a full MONTH AND A HALF after the initial closing date we were told. Every time I emailed my “PennyMac team” to get more information, I never received an email response or phone call in return. When our closing date finally did come around, they no-call, no-showed us for signing, for which my spouse and I had taken off work. Most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. If I could back, I would never use PennyMac again.

It took much longer than expected. The costs associated with it were higher than I thought they should be. My loan was cancelled and I wasn't notified. The loan was then reopened with no real explanation of why it was cancelled. There seems to be a communication issue among the team.
