Andrea Futrell was great Rob Gillespie was terrible- poor communication, missed scheduled call backs, if I called he wouldn’t call me back. Eventually, Kim Coleman took over. Kim was good once she took over. I missed closing date as a result of Rob not reviewing and marking requested documents as received. Once the closing occurred the loan failed QM check and wasn’t funded. We started over Austin Schreibman took over reworked the loan. Good news I lowered the rate closed and funded now

We where very great full for everything, they gave us a chance to lower our interest. We are both retired and lowering the interest rate saves us around one hundred dollars a month. When you are on a fixed income that helps. Jason Staples was there to make sure everything went smooth, if we had a question he made sure we were given the answered. The other people we had contact were all so very help full.
Process did what I wanted it to do and met my expectations.
No one ever told me how long the process would take. I understand that these are unprecedented times, but I would think that you would have some idea of how long the process would take. Also, I got requests for documents that didn't make sense and I had to inquire as to what they were. I realized that a lot of the process may be automated and therefore there may be some bugs in the system requesting documents that need to be cleaned up.
Great experience, easy closing. Everything went well. Matt was wonderful, explained everything. Miranda was clear and always responded to questions.
